1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide. When you purchase from us, our payment processor (PayU (PayU Payments Private Limited)) collects your full name, email address, phone number (mobile), billing address (if required by your card issuer), and payment instrument details — processed by the gateway; we never see or store card numbers, UPI credentials, or netbanking passwords.

The payment processor forwards a subset of this information to us so we can fulfill your order: your name, email, phone, the order amount, the transaction/order reference, and the payment ID.

1.2 Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we may collect your IP address and approximate geographic location, browser type, operating system, device type, screen size, pages visited, time spent, referring URL, and cookies necessary for the Site to function.

1.3 Information from third parties. If you contact us via email, we receive whatever information you choose to send.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

We do not use your information to send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

• To process your payment and deliver the digital product you purchased
• To send you download links, usage guides, and future product updates
• To respond to customer support requests (refunds, questions, technical issues)
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, refund receipts, security alerts)
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse of the Site
• To comply with applicable Indian law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

3. How we share your information

We share your information only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary:

• Payment processor: PayU Payments Private Limited (PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway). We may also use Razorpay Software Private Limited (PCI-DSS Level 1) when that gateway is enabled for checkout.
• Email delivery: Resend (Resend Inc., USA) sends transactional emails on our behalf.
• Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA) hosts the Site infrastructure.
• Database: Supabase hosts order and account data.
• Law enforcement: If required by a valid Indian legal order, we will disclose the minimum information legally required.

4. How long we keep your information

We retain your order records (name, email, phone, order ID, payment ID, amount) for seven (7) years from the date of purchase, as required by Indian tax and GST regulations. After this period, we securely delete or anonymize the records.

Server logs containing IP addresses and request metadata are retained for ninety (90) days for security and debugging, then automatically deleted.

5. Where your information is stored

Your information may be stored on servers operated by Vercel, Resend, and Supabase, which are located in the United States and other jurisdictions outside India. By providing your information, you consent to this cross-border transfer. We ensure that recipients provide adequate data protection safeguards as required by applicable law.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use the minimum cookies necessary for the Site to function (e.g., session cookies during checkout and account login). We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or fingerprinting technologies.

If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, we will request your consent before enabling them.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable laws, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data (subject to our retention obligations), withdraw consent for non-essential processing, and lodge a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India if you believe we have violated your rights.

8. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all traffic, do not store payment instrument data, verify payment signatures, and follow principle-of-least-privilege access for operational accounts.

Despite these measures, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We will notify you and the appropriate authorities of any data breach without undue delay, as required by law.

9. Children's privacy

AdsxGrowth is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Anthropic, PayU, Razorpay). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be notified by email to active customers and posted prominently on the Site.

12. Grievance Officer

In accordance with Indian IT Rules, you may direct complaints about how we handle your personal information to our Grievance Officer:
