1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase our products. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Product description

AdsxGrowth sells digital products for the Claude / AI power-user audience, including skill packs, agent packs, Claude.ai Projects, interactive courses, workbooks, and bundled collections. Products are delivered as downloadable files and guides designed for use with Anthropic's Claude products (Claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and related tools).

Independence from Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC. We are an independent seller; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Anthropic. Compatibility depends on Anthropic's software, which may change without notice.

3. License grant

Upon successful payment, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use, modify, and adapt the purchased product for your personal use and for the internal business operations of a single organization for which you are an authorized representative.

4. License restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or share the product (in whole or in substantial part) with any third party
• Republish the product on any public website, marketplace, or repository
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the product to develop a competing product that materially copies the structure or expression of our libraries
• Use the product for any illegal purpose

5. Pricing and payment

Products are offered at the prices displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Prices may be shown in INR, USD, or GBP depending on your region. Payment is processed by PayU Payments Private Limited (PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway). INR checkout supports UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and digital wallets through PayU. When Razorpay is enabled, the same methods are available through Razorpay for supported currencies.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

6. Delivery

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to that policy.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in our products and the Site are owned by AdsxGrowth or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property to you, except for the limited license granted in Section 3.

9. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or products to violate any law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or any other customer's account
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Site in a way that imposes unreasonable load
• Submit fraudulent payment information or initiate fraudulent chargebacks

10. Disclaimers

The products and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that products will be compatible with all versions of Claude or every use case. AI output is probabilistic and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that product. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdsxGrowth and its operators from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the products, violation of any law, or infringement of any third party's rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. On termination, you must stop using the product and delete all copies in your possession.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered business address, after good-faith negotiation.

15. Force majeure

Neither party will be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified by email to active customers.
